No I'm not saying we should be outplaying them I'm saying we should be coached in a way that we don't treat the ball like a hot potato. I see the same issues with the under 21s and its not conducive to helping our youth improving their individual games going forward. To me we need to seriously shake up the academy structure at the club and not appoint coaches just because they've once come through our academy themselves. Why don't we look to bring in the finest youth coaches around the world/country and implement some proper technical coaching and a plan that maximises the youth we have instead of what we have now which seems more of an 'that'll do' mentality?
You haven’t got a clue! All your posts are bitter and so inaccurate it’s staggering.

Tucked away in the slap on the wrist that Chelsea received is the news that they also infringed Academy rules . “ Chelsea have also been given a nine-month academy transfer ban, imposed with immediate effect, relating to offences between 2019 and 2022.’. We felt the effects of our 2 year ban for quite a few years , not sure exactly what their infringements were compared to ours but it still leaves you shaking your head about the impartiality there is in football.
