…for me, i don’t think he’s as effective a defensive midfielder as Beningime & there’s lots to work on with regard to his quality in possession. He has the great advantage of natural physicality in his locker but I’d hope the other parts of his game develop if he can establish a place in the team.
Maybe I've been unlucky when I've seen him play but I've never seen anything from Onyango, other than an occasional flash, to suggest he's anywhere near the level needed for 1st team football. Never seen him control a game like Warrington did in the 1st half of last season or, as you suggest, be as effective as Beningime defensively.

Big step up for him to hold down a place at Burton - I wish him well.
