As we approach St Pats day, I'd wish to pay tribute to our most very fine Seamus Coleman.

To the tune of "Black Velvet Band"

"A right back named Seamus Coleman,
Was bought for just sixty grand,
A Royal Blue shirt on his shoulders,
He's the best in all of the land".

Verse 2

In a neat little place they call Wirral,
Our Seamus he bought him a pad.
And dear old Goatman was laughing,
At the thought that Chico'd been had.

Schneida is only just settling in.
Him and Gana scoring gets thw breezeblock off their shoulders.

This new haircut has done bloody wonders for Barks.

Still want him RUNNING at opposition defence.
Keep THEM shitting their kecks Ross.
YOU !
YOU are their nightmare.

That preplay before your utterly perfect cross for Big Rom......
That was TORTURE for ANY & EVERY defender. There will be managers, coaches and their players looking at that in tomorrows training and there will be underwear consigned to the bin. Unwashable.

Tear em up,
Ross Barkley,
Just tear em up,

(this one is a Bob Marley choon)

There is clapping that keeps the beat.

Easily the worst team that's come to Goodison this season. Baffles me how these are the 8th best team in the league.

They crumble when they go behind.

If we hadn't have scored by halftime, and gone on to draw 1-1 (they open the scoring with a 72nd Dawson header from a corner) we'd be sat here saying how well organised they are.

We had the quality to find a way through though, and made them look poor.

looks like away from home they just try and stifle the game to frustrate the fans and look for opportunistic set pieces to score from

they know they lack quality so try and basically play a very turgid style of football to try and get by

How do they watch it week in and week out. And Bournemouth give the lie to the idea that a cheaply assembled side can't play exciting football. It's like Pulis recruits a rugby team and then makes them football.

Like us, West Brom left several regulars on the bench. And I thought they were far from their most organised - they left some gaping holes in midfield.

While I don't think that it was our best team by any means, it was more than enough to overwhelm West Brom.

Good performances all round, and by Coleman yet again, even putting in a dangerous cross with his left foot from the left wing!

Funes Mori did his best, but he is simply not a full back. Just as well that the more important contest was between Coleman and McClean on the other flank.

The above was your ( fairly accurate ) comment on the Spurs match mate.

Do you have anything to say about yesterday's match, because it would be awful if people thought you only popped up to comment when we're poor.
I would say we played well, however our performance and result in the spurs game is far more relevant in assessing our current position in the hierarchy.

WBA offered absolutely nothing today, it was an embarrassment of a display for a point. Didn't have a clue what to do when we went 2 up

Even when we went from first gear to neutral and we where strolling around they showed no ambition.

Easiest 3 points of the season, could have loads more if we wanted
They are absolutely dire without Matt Phillips. He makes them go.
