I can't see it either ... but I already paid so it would make sense it would be removed in my case. However I don't see any of the same links to buy the pack which were up there earlier. Maybe a temporary glitch? I'd say it's worth emailing support but you aren't hearing back from them until next Wednesday. Maybe login (create an account if you don't have one) then try to watch a video of a prior pre-season game on EvertonTV ... maybe a prompt to buy shows up then? Not great from the OS though.

Are you sure that you're logged in? If you're not then they won't appear i don't think and you can get logged out automatically without realizing sometimes
