Every player on that pitch today needs to take a long hard look at themselves after that. Some serious soul searching needs to be done. Hours after the game and I'm still fuming here. First game of the season and even hull put up a better fight against chelsea then we did against these lot.

Lescott needs to go IMO... You can tell its affecting him. And where are these two signings?

I just got back from a night out, to drown my sorrows and i couldn't even get slightly drunk because of how angry i am.

I'd sort forgot how it was for Everton to ruin my whole week.
I remember now like.

Your whole week? How about my whole holiday! Left the bar when the 5th goal went in and opened the (blue) bottle of still water I had bought, only to discover I'd bought fizzy by mistake and the fcuking thing blew up in my face! Still, the irony of it made me laugh and took the sting out of the evening as I walked back to the hotel with my consoling wife. :(

Just woken with slight hangover, thought i'd drank the sorrows away, but actually still fuming.

Gonna take awhile to get this result/non performance out the system.

i've slept on my anger and guess what it's still here. the only 2 players who wanted to actually be out there today were pienaar and yes the man who doesn't want to be here, ironic hey. 4-0 down and the fans start to leave, you ******* horrible cowardly shitbags. just when you're team need you to help raise their game you all go home. i've never left goodison before full time i've paid my money for 90minutes and i intend to watch 90+. granted we were awful but don't give up on our boys on the first day or is this just the nobs going back into the woodwork after the fa cup exploits of last year.

signings are needed, we know that and moyes knows that. look at the fixtures coming up, we can end up top of the league in 5 weeks time for crying out loud.
don't stop ******* believing in this football club.

I expected us to get stuffed in all honesty. We never tend to be at the races at the start, stemming from a complete lack of euphoria.

Forget about it and move on. Hopefully it gives Moyes and co a kick up the arse as to how bad our right side is and get someone in.

first and last post - "complete [Poor language removed] and the sole responsibility of the ginger halfwit"

I woke up this morning and the first thing that hit me was 6-1. It took me about 6 months to get over the last spanking Arsenal gave us, but only because Tony Adams scored. Hopefully I will be over this in 3-4 months.
