I'm trying to find a positive somewhere and perhaps with McNeil and Harrison fit, surely this will help. Once again, it's shaping up to be a season of 6 or 7 rubbish teams, and we just need a win from somewhere. I'll standby for the responses which will pick the faults with my blind optimism approach (and no doubt the responses will have a lot more supporting evidence than I can offer).

Jose Sa was man of the match for me.
Give credit where it’s due. Always rated him high as a keeper. That save today on Doucoures header was Top class. That’s a really tough save to make. If this was a big match later on in the season that’s up there for save of the year. Since it’s everton wolves in match week three it will be forgotten about. We will want these points back later on in the campaign.

At least a draw. Three loses without a goal against Fulham, wolves, and an injured villa squad who just gave up 5 the week prior spells doom for the rest of the campaign.

I honestly, truly believe that the players don't even care. They know that the majority of the fanbase actively hate them..

If they are worried about how the fanbase feels about them, then that says all I need to know about them as competitive footballers.
