We could appoint an internal temp to see how it pans out. That would probably have to be Sheedswe need to make sure we get the right person in and that will be easier at the end of the season.

Sometimes your team loses and you have to be a man about it.
Today feels nowt like how we all felt after Wembley last year.
Nowhere near like it.

Moyes said selection of Phil Neville ahead of Darron Gibson was purely that - nothing to do with Gibson's ongoing thigh problem.
Look on the bright side folks we've all saved a couple of hundred quid on an expensive away day at Wembley

I think most of us can agree calling for a change in managemente is by no means an overreaction. Talent wise we are better than Wigan but this match was lost tactically. Martinez simply outmanage Moyes. We need more creativity, we need a manager who can make the most out the players available, something Moyes has failed to do.
Credit where is do thou, Moyes has a very good eye for talent. He has turned unknown players into top players, like he did with Jagielka, Arteta, Cahill, Pienaar, Coleman, and some others while doing the same with some of the big clubs rejects like Howard, Gibson, Saha, Neville and Heitinga to an extent. And he's done that with a tight budget, but he has taken us as far as he can and his stubbornness is starting to cost us game, playing player out of position and sticking with players who are well past there best or out of form.
Right now the best that could happen to EFC is another manager like Martinez and some money to spend on good players.

So, forget to turn my alarm on, turns out that was a blessing in disguise.. So, the question is, besides Moyes, who do I fume at? I'm guessing some combination of Mucha, Heitinga, and Neville (why in the **** was he playing?)
Moyes has always been a terrible in-match manager. His strength lies in finding players and man management. Tactics isn´t his game.
More of a coach than a manager.
Dont no if its been mentioned but Gareth Southgate made the point that everything about today was so un-Everton like..The relationship between fans and team, felly not taking a seat on the bench when he was subbed and of course the utter capitulation on the field...Maybe today really will be a watershed.
