Terrible performance. but credit to wigan. they looked huge copared to the likes of Pinnear. osman etc. Not sure why he didnt start with gibson. If he was injured ok but why on the bench. Barkley looked like he had something abouit him. This could be the start of something. Moyes to go Fellinnai and baines off.

Conviction is another massive problem with our entire club. We seem to lack any belief in ourselves. Just at the moment of success we always seem to inhibit ourselves. This dooms us to failure indefinitely. As a psychoanalyst, I'd love to have some sessions with the players/management at the club to see if this really is the case

wigan taught us a lesson in how to play the game though. for them it must have been a daunting tie, but they went straight for the win, 2-0 up and went and killed the game off, right for the throat - didn't sit back and happy for 2-0. through my blue tinted tears - they impressed me. still wouldn't like martinez, but seems a much better proposition than moyes atm

now it feels as low as having peter johnson as chairman and mike walker as manager.

fellaini dont wanna be here so it seems , heitinga hasnt wanted to be here for over a season , jelavic has turned to crap , pienaar is a strong as a 3 year old little girl ..... the list goes on.

we were doing so well and had it all to play for in january , now thanks to the lack of investment and lack of new transfers from the chairman and board and the complete arrogance and lack of commitment from the manager , we are having to face results and gutless clueless and hopeless performances like that.

furious ,hope for season destroyed and over + we are now on relegation form for next season perhaps ?

I can safely say that is the worst Everton performance i have ever witnessed, no class, no spirit, no passion from anyone, it was an embarresment, for such and important game it was shocking how noone cared one bit.

Neville never should have played in retrospect, but the players on the pitch were a disgrace. Moyes takes some blame for sure, but he can't legislate for pretty much every player being utter garbage.

Fellaini can get lost now, one of the worst performances of his career for us.

His habit of only showing up for his potential future bosses is beyond old now. Yes its nice to see us give the top teams a go thanks to him but the lack of professionalism he shows against teams below us is beyond ridiculous. Will gladly take the 25M for him now. Hell, especially against the West Broms, and Fulhams we play much better when he's not in the side. Moyes had no choice to sub him because he would have purposely got himself red carded tonight.

No doubt that when Moyes does eventually speak he'll pass all responsibility off and onto the players.

Starting to get more and more fed up with him at the helm tbh, and I've always generally liked the guy.

Moyes to blame for even thinking of playing Neville. Osman was just as bad and as the co-commentater said 'Wigans central midfield is better than Evertons. Time now till the end of the Season to give Barkley a run out and I would even recall Lundstram and play him. We need to blood the youngsters as its obvious the veterans are not up to it.
This game also brought to light what I have seen for a while and that is that Coleman is miles away from being defensively good and Baines is similar. Hats off to Wigan and Martinez for a convincing performance, Men against Boys. We need to take stock and have a clear out this summer and if Moyes is the first to go then so be it.
