Thinks it's more because West Ham are looking for their first win and first points of the season, normally when a team are looking for their 'first' whatever, it normally happens when the play us.

This is the early season cup final for de 'ammers... They have a couple of tough ones coming up after us and so this is one they need to get at least a point from if the undead one is to avoid a permanent sojourn in S. America
We will concede from a set piece - thats a given. So we would need a couple of goals which I cant see without Walcott and Richarlison. Likely end up a 1-1 but then who saw that 4-0 coming last time around... genuinly being pulled apart internally by the confluence of 'Everton that' and 'early season optimism'!
