...I know you’re against Allardyce. I’m not against him even if i’m not particularly for him. The squad is a mess, it really begs a question of what Koeman and Walsh were doing.

It’s all about survival and the question I keep asking myself is who could’ve got this lot to 28 points in the time Allardyce has been in charge. I’m not sure if many could.

Think that's too easy and opt out for Sam mate, and one that obviously can't be disproved, one question, has he ever done something in his career that made you think wow? Cos keeping up teams that did canio managed too and that hodgson has mid table or carver managed to stay up with doesn't impress me

press us high and watch us crumble, schniderlin refusing to show for anything causes us to play 60 yd balls all the time. Get a different holding midfield player who actually has some bottle and we can play a bit more.

Agree. If we’re going to stick with 2 holding midfielders they both need to actually show for the ball and be 100% comfortable receiving it. Without that it’ll constantly leave defenders with the only option of lumping it forward.

I was quite impressed when Allardyce took Bolton Wanderers from the bottom of the second tier to the top 6 of the Premier League.

..he’s definitely not done anything I think is wow, but I am only judging him on Everton. I don’t disagree with you and others who point to his record of leaving clubs in turmoil. I just think we are dire and I honestly don’t know who could’ve done as well as him.

I’m not an Allardyce fan, I just think he’s done ok.

While RS is likely winning some trophy this season we are looking at teams below us how theyre doing. Sad but true.

But still...Our love is

And will be

Don't think he'll be here at the start of next season. He will keep us up, just about, and pick up his bonus of 12 months pay (£6m) and be sent on his way. Next appointment is absolutely vital to the future of our club - someone able to blend our upcoming youth and purchase some players for key positions - hopefully at least one will be able to kick with his left foot!
