What I mean is, has he done something outside of football/playing that warrants an OBE? Cos on the pitch, he has achieved zero. Not saying he isnt a cracking player, but there are plenty of young decent players without an OBE.

More in hope than in expectation, I am predicting a win for us today.

Three short weks ago and for 95 minutes we really lookec like a team going places.

That all changed in a heartbeat and the on field progress has been stopped desd in its tracks with two very lacklustre home games and a tough away fixture where we allowed two midgets to have free headers in the bix.

This game can provide us with the boost we need to get the seson back on track.....lose and we will be marooned in the lower reaches of mid table.

The home game against Arsenal two sessons ago gave us a platform to build on fir the second half of thst season.....an “unexpected” win, as it were.

So let’s have one today.
