I see a GK wh is erratic by nature. That's who he is. He's a bit like Gazza imo, in the sense that you just look at him and know he'll never 'kin learn.I am still not convinced with Pickford. He can make the impossible look easy and the easy look impossible. That means he is inconsistent which, in turn, means his defence can't 100% rely on him and that affects their confidence and decision making.
I am sure as he matures as a 'keeper he will improve his decision making but right now he needs to concentrate on not making any (more) silly mistakes and building a good understanding and confidence with his defence.
