If that was a Liverpool player handling the ball and the penalty wasn't given we'd all be saying it's rigged to ensure Liverpool won the league.
As it's Man City and the decision actually helps make it harder for Liverpool to win the league, we're all saying it's rigged.

Either way, that decision gets given as a penalty 99 times out of 100. The 1 time it's not given.... Everton that.

It's rigged for the media darling teams. City, Liverpool, UTD, etc would all get that call in their favor.
