It possibly being 1mm offside (debatable) will surely be the excuse they go with, that way they can justify why they didn't call the ref over to the monitor.

I don’t know where all this possible offside stuff has come from that I’m reading about, but I can guarantee you that they didn’t even check for an offside. If they had they would have shown it on the VAR replays with all the lines before or after checking the handball

So var are telling us that there wasn't enough evidence. There are over 20 tv cameras at each prem league match, and they only show us 3 camera angles!!

Even with the camera angles they showed, it was blatantly obvious it was a penalty. We are going down with decisions like that going against us.

Feels like a punch in the gut. City didn't deserve to win. Scored a complete fluke of a goal and had a ref who gave them everything all day. This league is finished as a spectacle.

That's never offside. The PL needs to punish the ref but probably won't be happening
