Hope Sterling gets a hat trick, Aguero too. Would be nice to see them two at the top of the goalscoring charts.

Goal difference is really important at this stage of the season so 4, 5 or even 6 goals would be decent here for City.

Following last weekend's horror show against Wolves, this must surely be the final straw with Silva. Desperately hope so.

It would take an 8+ goal defeat for him to be punted imo mate.

It'll be even harder for the RS. Lend them your old everton jersey. Don't be a meany.

I did watch this fixture back in the 2013/14 with my kopite mate. The one where we lost 2-3.

After the match I just shrugged my shoulders and said 'Gosh darn it! Oh well, at least we tried. You win some, you lose some.'

Meanwhile I was having a laugh on the inside and trying my hardest not to smirk. :D

I see Morgan Feeney has been training with the first team, and with Mina and Jags out he’s the likely CB cover so could be on the bench tonight. He’s the ginger haired 19 year old who’s been captain of our U23s at times, a bit of a stick insect , although bulked up a wee bit, talented but doesn’t appear to be physically ready for the PL yet.

Hopefully tonight, will be a spark to get us back, to the way we were playing until we lost at Anfield. Maybe a moment like, Phil Neville's tackle on Ronaldo? I can't actually see it, with the players we have. It's only Coleman and Baines who have that passion. Shame Jags isn't available and three years younger.

Thanks for the support the world has been led to believe both teams from Merseyside love each other. It’s like us couldn’t support them [Poor language removed] from Salford if my life depended on it. It wasn’t before we hit the jackpot we were very similar clubs.going tonight hope you have a great end to the season starting at weekend. Please don’t show up tonight.

You know, i can't be arsed about the result and will not blame Everton for winning this. I will also not blame them for losing. But i will blame them for not putting up a fight. We better put up a bleedin fight, not just roll over, and you shiekh-supporting meffs out there better expect the same from our lot
