Well done Palace..very good performance.

We were okay but as we have been ALL season....including in the winning streak...we lacked quality in the final third.

People react too much either way with every result. We played poorly enough to lose a couple or at least draw in that run, tonight we played average and lost to team set up very well and who played their tactics well.

Its not all about us when we lose a game, thats plastic sky4 talk.

Stop writing off these teams. People are already doing it to Hull by saying we have no chance of 4th. Theres no way its nailed on that Arsenal will win away to them.
 
2 defeats at home, Sunderland and Palace! deary me. I still don't think it's over, but it might be after the weekend.

We need to beat United, and hope Arsenal don't win at Hull. If that happens, we're back in 4th and game on.

Draw or lose to United and Arsenal pick up 3 then game set and match.
 
Gutted beyond words, it's no time to throw the toys out of the pram and have a rant, but this defeat is so damaging to our hopes for 4th. We have had a great season but pure and simple Martinez got his team selection wrong tonight with an eye on United. I could understand it if he rested Barry but McCarthy's absence was sorely missed. And as for playing McGeady, Delefeou and Mirallas all together i just didn't get it. Another goal conceded from a corner and we never looked like scoring from any we had, devastated but hopefully Hull can do us a favour. It's far from over but no longer in our hands.

Well that's probably that then. We love to mess it up, but people don't expect us to do it now, and there's only a point in it, it's not over just yet...
 
This was the ONE game, the game in hand we've had since the beginning of the year, that we HAD to make sure we won and we've gone and lost it..

I actually hate life.

No one was writing Palace off mate, all saw it as a difficult game.

Criminal to concede 3 at home though.
