I think that after every game so far, The defence looks so bad though

Good post

Too much fume when we lose. If we played like Sours did today or like Utd did at MKII Dons I could understand it, but we are very, very good offensively and it's so much better to watch than some of the dross I've endured since the days of Gordon Lee.

Just watched the whole game again on TV and it backed up exactly what I thought leaving the ground last night....that we played fantastically well for 75-80 minutes against the team that will win the Premier League by at least 8 points. there were a lot of positives.
we will absolutely beast someone soon.
Oh, and Eto'o will compliment this team, especially in tight games.
Hard lessons learnt. good times ahead.

Totally agree

Some good points there. Some I don't agree with though sorry.

Howard could have done better with a load of them but yeah shouldn't have been out in that position in the first place.

As for Coleman's OG, no way Howard's at fault. It deflected off Coleman. Impossible for Howard.

The first goal he tried to spread himself and it was smashed between his legs.
The second goal went under his body at point blank range.
It might be harsh but a 'keeper shouldn't really be beaten at his near post for the third.
The fourth took a deflection and was right in the corner.
Ramires toe-poked the fifth quite early when Howard might have expected him to side foot it or to come in closer.
I would have expected Costa to hit it under Tim's right hand rather than go back across goal for the sixth.

Yeah. That's basically what I said though.

Could/should have done better with loads of them, but not the OG.

I'm saying the opposite. They were either point blank or right in the corner apart from the own goal, where there was no angle. Fair enough that he tried to anticipate the cross but he did have defenders to deal with it.

Maybe should have gave Kev a 7 instead. Feel free to do your own scores.

Sorry la, who am I to question other peoples scores. I'm just a Mirallas fanboy who was suffering from high levels of fume yesterday. I've calmed down now. Now I just feel sad about phils defending
