It's been longer than recent mate. There has been a toxic atmosphere for a while now. Probably since Roberto' s first season, rather than support our players, the norm has been to criticise them and get on their backs. This might well be true of certain players and their performances, but I worry about the effect on our younger players. We've already seen that one of our brightest talents (Ross) wants out, how long before the likes of Kenny, Davies, Beni and Lookman follow suit?

Unsy is done for me on this display, wanted him to show something but the Barton PE teacher comments are making more sense with how unbalanced this side is.
The result wouldn't have mattered if he picked a team of players in positions they can play. He's worked with the u23's throw someone like Foulds in who he used as a LB or CB and is left footed over Martina who avoids his left like the plague and barely positions himself well as a RB let alone LB.
Keane can't defend on the left, Williams can't defend but has played majority of his career on the left, it's not rocket science is it. Klaassen looks a broken player and he's thrown out on the left when he's been a CM for years it's ridiculous.
There is something fundamentally wrong with coaching right now because it seems like most managers / coaches haven't got a scooby doo over an armchair fan who can see genuine issues throughout the squad.
