We were lucky the ref was scheisse as they should have had a peno and Gomes shouldve had a red

One thing I noticed today is we had no luck at all with the bounce of the ball. Reflections and everything came popping out straight to the opposition. Football is a fair bit of luck and I'm glad we sealed the win as we got little of it from the bounce of the ball today

Said that to my bro, we were getting toes in etc but everything seemed to fall for them

Lookman made so many dangerous crosses, he could have had 3 assists if someone just actually attacked the ball. We still need a top striker, Richarlison aint it.Still, the key is its really easy to win when you keep a clean sheet, and if we played the whole game like we played the 2nd half, we would have actually played quite well.

An important win but 2-0 flattered us a bit. Really, really boils my p!s$ that it takes us so long to get going, we were lucky they hit the post in the first half or it could have been ‘one of those days’.

Lookman was very good and will only improve with game time. MOM for me. Gomes looks like he needs a rest but we can’t afford to because our midfield options are so poor.

Proper annoying side Bournemouth, only ever seem to play well against us, really hope they get dragged into a relegation fight.

Anthony Taylor's performance should come as no surprise. In a game between us and west ham a few years ago at Upton Park he sent off, I think, James Mccarthy for us and Charlton Cole for them for high challenges and both got rescinded after the game. Must have been the first time in Prem history that a ref sends two players off and neither is allowed to stand. Appalling ref but he fits right in to the shocking standards of officials in this country.

God knows but here we go again.. lazy passing to our players already under pressure...tackling either p/poor weak or yellow card naive. Lookman has to stay in the side for his eye for the intelligent ball and penetration. We got the points.. the two lads placed their goals well under restriction. As good as it gets at the moment...unfortunately.
