You banish him from the training ground

You make it clear no future at the club

You make it clear no cushy loan moves to sunny Spain or Portgual for him to still pick up his 100k a week contract.

Let him sit at home for the remaining 2 years watching Judge Judy everyday and if he has an ounce of desire to play footie he'll begrudgingly take a permanent move away. If not his football career is near enough over.

We've been push overs for too long and im sick of that lot over the road having players who will run through brick walls for their club winning trophy after trophy whilst we have a bunch of half arsed jokers stealing a wage.

This season has to be the catalyst for change - no more excuses or cushy boys club.
When have the top 6 ever done this?

Tbf, just because the top 6 don't do it, doesn't mean we can't. They're hardly an example to follow, they're all where they are because they're the richest and rules have been brought in to keep it like that. I kind of like his idea tbh clubs have let player power rule them too much, but it's the clubs with all the money at the end of day, they should be the ones making the decisions.

Worked with Niassie really well...o wait

Its hardly extreme - you have players who dont fit in the plans but are refusing a move away >>>> you banish them from the club.

Problem is we are seen as an easy ride and we'll keep attracting bum dossers until the word is out that you only come to EFC if you are intending to give it your all and fight on the pitch.

Our fans have to be part of that aswell - no more "awwww poor ourmar hasnt a locker love oumar ♡" pull the other one.

Was Niasse getting game time on the pitch this season - yes

Was niasse training at FF - yes

Was on the bench for us very recently - yes

We have never clamped down on anyone at the club and it needs to change.
Koeman banished him, didn’t give him a locker..did he leave?? No

Its not Sandro's fault we hosed loads of money at him, is it?

Its not - but thats not the current regimes fault either and Sandro and every other player at the club should be getting told you either fit in the plans or you dont, if you dont you either move or you are not around the club.

It really is that simple - you dont join Klopps Liverpool and expect an easy ride - you shouldnt be at Ancelotti's Everton and expect one either.

Players like Sandro, Tosun, Bolasie need a firm hand otherwise they'll continue to suck us dry.

Tosun took a loan move that he was by all accounts happy with, he just got injured. He would have been on his way this summer without that.

The other two... football is a short career. They'll take a massive drop in wages when their contracts are up but at the moment nobody is prepared to meet their demands.

To me it looks like you're happy to destroy players careers to salve your conscience over the mistakes of previous management.

To me it looks like you give a toss about Sandro's "career" over the stability of Your Football club.

No one is bigger than this club - if you are happy with this club being a used johnny for half arsed players like Schneiderlin ultimately achieving nothing then keep the boys club mentality thats plagued us for years.

Or if you want a club ran like a proper successful enterprise who demands success on and off the pitch then we need to start raising standards from top to bottom as im fed up of always being the bridesmaid never the bride - generations of young Blues having to watch that lot constantly parading trophies and down the road in Manchester whilst having sod all to shout about not even the odd derby win.

That has to change or I fear many fans will end up packing us in especially with the farce of modern day football as it is.

You know Everton have to pay him just as much whether he's on loan and at least in the shop window or sat on his arse at home, right?
