Another late night for the lads when I was catching up on having very little sleep for 3 days , after reading through these threads I will have to go back for a sleep, Id like to give a mention for Distin who looked a class apart from those around him.

It's not crap. I'm not saying we'd win the 'cause honestly I don't think we would even with our full squad. But the 5-0 has a lot to do with it.

Hibbert was ridiculous, Gosling was ridiculous and so was Coleman.

You say Heitinga has to prove himself. Agreed. But if I was Heitinga I'd [Poor language removed] on my both feet if I couldn't take the RB place from Hibbo.

Even on your consideration on the first team players, we're talking about 5 (!!!!) players. Don't you think 5 absences will disrupte the side?

Arteta with one leg is ten times the player Fellaini is! JFC, we paid all that money for a leg kicker? Does he know the concept of the game implies kicking a ball? Does he even know what a ball is?

Anyway, I was aiming at my country man. Every single benfica supporter are bragging as if they have beaten a full strengthed Man Utd side. A comentator was saying during the match that Everton played with their strongest eleven and still got beaten. That's what I was criticising.

Hibbert has been our best player this season bud, but seriously; how do you expect guys to take what you write seriously with comments like this m8?

Good teams need a mixture of attributes.
There are ares in which we are strong and others in which we are weak.

The distinct lack of quality, technicallly gifted players has stood out like a sore thumb the last 5 or 6 games.

We are in a good position in Europa and we are 2 good results away from the next round.

Our Premiership position and form is woeful. Maybe the performances equal the results, granted. However, I feel the teams we have put out in some league games have 'under-achieved' when compared to the 'over-achievemments' of other seasons.

Or is this the real Everton standing up?

Having said that, I am really really pleased with the application shown by Bily.
Get a fully fit Pienaar and Arteta playing with him and we will be watching football of decent quality with Jags and Phil looking after things behind them.

A few more weeks of pain I think, then our season starts.

I'm sure the majority would agree with what Sotnas is saying. Don't worry though, if you keep saying things like 'Hibbo has been top class lid' you might actually convince more than 5 Blues.

Sometimes it's not easy to make people understand the reach of an expression, especially when you have to translate it. Sure it wasn't the "cleanest" expression but when you see remarks to the [Poor language removed] or the use of **** this, **** that, I'm sure I'm out of order.

And I'm pretty sure you're as dumb as any other dumb around here.
