I don't count winning an FA Cup as being successful personally, not considering how the rest of the 90s went.

My point is, you are preparing for failure, in April, which is a little defeatist.

I mean Christmas last year we were where we wanted to be, up till the last 2 weeks we have been in a prime position.

So its not been 18months of failure.
