It could just be a ploy by Bolton, who are stumped for cash at the moment, to hawk him around and hope to sell him?

But that isn't exactly a good thing. Neither of those two are very good, I'd rather the cash be spent on real quality than a slight bump up from mediocrity.

Yeah I agree but we have a very, very small squad and cheap players like this can make the difference when injuries hit hard (like now). We can't afford to have high earners sitting on the bench.

For example it's entirely possible that we could sell Gueye and get this guy as a replacement at no loss.

This is the type of player we need to be looking out for in my opinion. He's a Premier League winger going out of contract at a Championship club in financial despair, he'd be brilliant value for money.

If we were to sell Gueye, I'd alsmost agree with you. I just think he's gash. If I'm wrong I'll be the first to hold my hand up mind.

This is Bolton Football Club doing promoting a player for marketing, as soon as they mention Everton are Interested, Daft clubs like Manchester City will snap him up, and pay a higher price. Mancini his scouting policy must be "If other teams like him, why not?"
