Tbh more of our fans should stop going the game. The players get a polite applause from a full house whether they win or lose though. If it was anything else people would remove their custom, they always used to, but recently the worse we get the more people are desperate to go the game. Moyes couldn’t get some of theee crowds when he had us in 5th playing great football yet Silva gets a record attendance for Lincoln at home.

Tbh it’s been crap since Moyes left. Everything changed and all we’ve had since are a succession of mercenary players and managers who couldn’t give one hoot about the club. It’s not felt like Everton for a long time.

To be fair Dom, Moyes never cared much about the club either.

His main aim was to play it safe so as not to ruin his chances to become Ferguson"s successor.

Perhaps towards the end, but up until 2009 I felt he really had the bit between his teeth. Three cruciate ligament injuries in one season and City rising to power broke him in my opinion. Still, in his last two seasons we finished ahead of Liverpool consecutively including a whole season when we were ahead of them nearly every match day. We’re absolute light years away from that now whether he cared or not.

It's an awful shame that we didn't get investment around a decade ago.That Moyes team from 07 to 09 was just short a quality player or two, from really challenging.
