Everton extends kit deal with Umbro

No details about how much it's worth a season so obviously it's a rubbish deal. If it was a good deal financially they would be stating it was a new record breaking deal. So not excited or impressed.

"It's a wonderful deal for little old Everton, they'll keep the profits for the next ten years and I keep hold of the trains set. Boys Pen, blah blah blah" Mr Everton.

So the RS have next season's home kit out and available for pre-order today. Everyone will be able to get it in time for summer.

Everton meanwhile...

The club seemed to have turned a corner on this last season with this home kit but here we are again. I would suggest that the Umbro extension wasn't always the plan and that now we're doing things with them quite late in the day so things are pushed back as far as possible.

That’s the impression I got. The lack of info on the new Umbro deal kinda backs that up too. Don’t mind Umbro and if that’s the best deal at this moment in time it’s the right one but I’d love to see Adidas or Puma do our kits

The all-black Nike number from years ago was a boss top. Always liked that one. Especially the gold badge. The Umbro one with the "One 2 one" across the chest was awful.

The new kit deal with umbro is a disgrace. Is Umbro seriously the best we can do? And can someone explain what a mult-year deal is? We may as well sign a deal that is 'in perpetuity'with them. I don't understand why we can't attract someone else. Why don't sign the most popular brand in the city, under armour? Not that I like to compare to that lot, but when their billion pound deal with Nike is announced, starting season 20/21... it's going to show what a bunch of coasters our deal making department is.
