I was referring to the comment about " a fresh set of eyes on things"

Not exactly fresh when they've all been on the board for a minimum of a year or so at the least.

DBB has been doing EITC, Keith Harris has been sticking his nose in, Sasha has been looking moody in his office, as others said above, now everybody has a role, with a role comes accountability.

Yes but, why bring in people for the sake of bringing them in?

Some people get put onto boards - much like John Woods - and do absolutely nothing year in, year out. It's sometimes difficult to get them to turn up, let alone read the papers or use their influence.

And sometimes, promotion or reallocation of resources is essentially a fresh perspective. Of course, I've never worked at Board level in a multi-million pound business, but in smaller firms this is definitely the case.

Hey Guys, i wll try to answer as many questions that i can.

Note to his signed players, PSV had not a lot of money to work with when he signed his players. His latest big signing is an Argentinian striker named: maximiliano romero which was considered too big of a signing for a club with the size of PSV. Our problem is that our competition is just too small but he still got some big names.

Btw: Mertens and Strootman were a double signin, a day after we got the deal for the ground of our stadium. Price for both €13million. We paid €5million for Wijnaldum.

I look forward to a few gems from the South American market, we rarely venture for talent over there.

Has there been a consistency with signings hitting the ground running?

Also, how would you describe the influence he has over the management team, is he a large presence behind the scenes?

Any personal thoughts on how you think he will do? If you are familiar with us any traits of his that we will benefit from immediately or over time?

Sorry for the bombardment. x

Fair enough like but the point I'm making is that there isn't a single new set of fresh eyes on the board.

They were all sitting on the board last week with the same eyes.

Looking at different things though.

And without a Moshiri shaped smack in the mouth to occupy their minds.

DBB has been Deputy Executive since 2013, I mistakenly thought she had only been doing EITC but she has a much larger role within the club than that.

Sasha is the one who sorted out the Angry Birds deal I believe. He probably oversaw the USM one as well.

Keith Harris has been trying to find funding for the stadium and he still is.

Not really that much change in my eyes. I'm glad that they have clarified the lines of operation for the three of them, I get the feeling Elstone was micromanaging them from some of the comments made, specifically Sasha's.

I wasn't arguing one way or another about that, I was just pointing out that I didn't think it was an accurate comment from @MoutsGoat because they were all essentially doing the same thing last week.

I wouldn't assume we would bring people in just for the sake of it but if we did it would be because they offer qualities that our current board and employees do not possess.

Are they?

Way I see it they're all doing exactly what they were doing before(see my reply to MoutsGoat) just with new titles and no Elstone looking over their shoulders.

We appear to be putting our house in order. I posted in a different thread that I hoped Moshiri was biding his time and looking over the club to see what needed doing rather than storm in and change everything. He may just be doing that.
