So why should we expect to.

Every PL team in the top half should expect to maul Burnley.

The key is to treat them with respect and allow them to attack us...which they will as they're desperate. Then hit them on the counter.

These have scored 8 goals in the last 4 games. They have gone down twice in the last few games, once by 2 and once by 3 goals and both times they have come back. There’s an element of ah well, if we are going down we are going down fighting.

We have to be so careful here. We need to take every single chance and rely on our defence not making any silly errors. I’m still going with a 2/3 home win.

Slightly odd setup for live comms for this. BBC Merseyside is covering the rs game, at 8:15pm, and we KO at 7:30pm so we might get live comms on freeview 714 initially. But, BBC Radio Lancashire freeview 712 is carrying our game in full. Might have to hop around for pre match build up.

Very few teams get buried by HT and Burnley have been in most of their games till the end. We will need to work as hard as ever to win this game irrespective of their position.
