We are just too passive in games, only stepping up the tempo when behind or facing adversity. This is 100% from the Manager. Many players are better than this playing style but alternatively, many players are so technically limited, he just doesn't trust the team to press like all other successful teams do.

Maybe he plays this way to suit his pessimistic team selections, but it's just not a modern way of playing, and I hate watching it.

Quite the most appalling Everton performance of the season. Apart from WHU (who we drew with, another shocking failure) Bournemouth were demonstrably the poorest side to visit so far. Both goals were as a consequence of utterly dreadful defending. But the most telling aspect of all is that when O’Brien was sent off did Bournemouth press forward to make numbers tell? No. They surrendered midfield and defended the 18 yard box in the certain knowledge that we wouldn’t score. And they were dead right. For all his running Barry isn’t good enough and never will be. Beto is as much use as I would be. I don’t really blame Moyes exclusively for these performances because he simply hasn’t got the personnel needed to win matches. Talk of Europe is complete nonsense. We are a team that will never score. No incision, no cutting edge, no threat. Abysmal frankly.

Jakes red wasn't a clear goal scoring opportunity IMO mate.

That decision changed the game.

The offside rule as i understand it for their second as i understand the rule that it's offside the moment an offside player makes an attempt to win the ball which the Bournemouth player did.

To be specific and expansive.
Exactly, JOB disallowed goal at Villa due to Armstrong attempting to win the ball. Sky pasted it all over the screens

Moyes has to take his share of the blame for not picking more attacking full backs and making negative changes instead of bold ones
