Exactly, JOB disallowed goal at Villa due to Armstrong attempting to win the ball. Sky pasted it all over the screens
That is the most frustrating things about refs and VAR the exact same thing can happen weeks apart and have a different ruling. If JOB had that goal allowed then I'd have no issues with tonight's goal being allowed but as it turns out I'm fumin with it.

Been on a rant tonight. Not like me, but the Barry, or Beto nonsense has to stop.

Neither should be on the pitch.

I used to run senior Saturday teams. If I continued to pick 2 lads that were clearly not good enough, my ears would be chewed off at the bar afterwards. Lads would eventually leave. Good players know the score.

Ideally Everton should just be mates who want to go out there and win for each other.

Knowing that you have a team mate(s) that are just not up to it, only creates grief and destroys team spirit.

On Moyes to accept that the Barry / Beto experiment has failed and stop it.

That's true but I still think once they looked at it it must be given offside, he makes a play for the ball so becomes active and offside.
Yes I agree but only because of the JOB disallowed goal at Villa. I think that should have stood but Sky made the point of why it was disallowed but yet it is ignored tonight. Like I said earlier, the linesman raised his flag at Villa (hence VAR protection of officials) but not tonight

I thought we played better with ten men because for some reason they decided to try and hold on to their one goal lead when they had taken over the game, I think most of us fans would have been disappointed if we hadn’t got the penalty they were denied, but of course we never took the two golden chances we missed.

I looked at Charly Alcaraz’s face on the bench when the two subs were made I don’t think he will be hanging around
when the season ends, and Rohl is running out of games to prove he is worth buying although I think we have to buy him anyway. Armstrong is being played on the wing when he is a centre midfield player. Moyes took the bouquets after the Fulham win he was on his toes and down the tunnel as soon as tonight’s game finished.

No-one else mate unless you want to play another player out of position

Lads, this is exactly why we beat Villa - us and them are the kings of bottling it when there’s actual pressure on a result at home.

Expectations outweigh reality 😂. We actually played alright there tonight just lost our heads for 10 mins.

I’d be quite worried if we got Europe though to be honest, the league looks like it’s tightening up a bit again and I don’t think our squad would cope well. Look at how badly spurs and palace are struggling.
