Of course neither of us know how he’s managing him behind closed doors.

But all we can judge it on is what we can see & hear. Even his latest comments about him, and saying “ill not be telling him what he needs to improve” is poor.

Then you look at his lack of minutes and how certain players playing out of position are preferred over him.

Thats what I’m basing my views on.
