Watching other teams play they get players in and around the box and move as a unit. Our team moves as though there is a defence and one or two up for attack. It's isolating, boring and not working

I agree with the sentiment on dibling but i would have liked a bit more game time near the end of matches than he has been given, consequently when we're now short of players he's thrown in probably with his confidence at an all time low for him. Remember just because we paid a lot of cash for dibling doesn't mean he's the finished article he's still only 19 as well. Admittedly he hasn't covered himself in glory though.

That is correct and it hasn't helped that the full back behind him is always poor. He was supposed to be our star summer signing so we all want more game time for him - unfortunately though when he is out there he doesn't look ready for it.

He looks completely overwhelmed on the pitch, which is strange because in the odd game I saw him last year he was far more confident. We can blame the management and coaching for that, but the player has to step up as well.
