Europa league swerve or not?

Point taken......however don't understand the logic of not wanting to qualify for Europe....
I think a lot of it is to do with the knock on effect on the league, however I do think if you are in it every season it might be better then a one off. Also another issue for me is im convinced Sam isnt going in the summer, and he really isnt the right man to manage us in Europe

We must go for Europe.....

As for Sam I too think he will be here for next season, although not my choice he is vastly experienced & will give us stability.....

Our away form needs to be addressed though if we have any ideas of doing well in Europe....

Every season that we don’t have Europe doesn’t result in some magical league performance. We’revrubbish in the league with or without Europe so it would be nice to have one iota of excitement from Everton next season with Europe if possible.

love Euro away days, ultimately i never understand of "concentrating on the league" if were scared to play in Europe anyway

also i think we stand a better chance of attracting players than the Leicesters and Southampton of this world in the summer if we have European football as a stage

I'm not sure why people think it would have a negative impact on performance. We haven't struggled this year because of Europe, we've struggled because we're rubbish.

We have a massive squad, and should have no problems getting through a couple of qualifying rounds without even using our key players.

I attend most of the Euro aways and there always a great experience so I would always want to be in it, just play the under 23s in the qualifying rounds and a strong team in the home games of the group stage, that should be enough to get us into the knockout section.

A club of our size and supposed resources needs to be in Europe. Buy better players, buy more of them, get a progressive manager, and figure out how to balance europe and domestic.

If we have aspirations of being a successful, trophy wining club then we have to be in Europe every year. Do you think many fans of Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal etc.. have these types of conversations. I don't think so.

Go for it
Let’s be honest win your 3 home games and a win against the farmers in the group away ( there is always one ) and you should qualify.
No need to bring your first 11 on long away trips , give that experience to youngsters and squad players
Squad for next season
Pickford / Stek
Coleman /Kenny
Keane / Holgate
NEWCB / Mori
New LB / Baines
Gana /Davies
New CM /Rooney
Walcott / Bolassie
Siggy /Vlasic
Lookman /Henry
New CF/Tosun
Add A few more from current squad and young lads
That first 11 should win 3 out of 3 at home and the second 11 get at least 3 points away from home to qualify for knockouts
