If they obstruct Brexit in any way Labour will see their vote decimated by even more than it looks like being already
They're not going to obstruct Brexit, but they are going to try and ensure that we retain our single market access.

I don't think that stance will cost them votes, I think it'll be viewed as sensible.

If you are in the EAa single market we have not left the EU, and still open to free movement and subscriptions that is totally against the Brexit vote which was clear in the 3 month debate we leave the EU by 17.5 million votes for OUT both side made it so clear out of the single market from both sides this is smoke and mirrors by Remainers wanting their cake and eat it IMO!

We can leave the EU and still retain our single market access.

The vote was to leave the EU.

You have no idea how many of the 17.5m want us to leave the single market

Yes i have if you watch any polictical programme or read the leaflets of the time the DP show have 6 reshown clips from top people the PM the chancellor saying remember a vote leave is a vote out of the single market it was the remain scare tactic it did not work!

On the single market you are right even with a hard Brexit if thats what the EU dictate every country apart from Belarus - can gain access to the single market in the EU by trade negotiations, and can also trade with the WTO so we would get the best of both choices - I have said this before it is no good debating voting on this because at the end of the day its up to the EU to decide what role they want us to trade with them - they export more to us then we do to them - If may gets blocked it will have to be a GE enshrined with this policy imo or she would lose the vote of the people - UKIP, and possible the LIB dems in certain constituencies may gain - Labour in the North may take a hammering!
as Corbyn is still oblivious to keeping certain EU laws!

I can't stand Ukip, but I met Paul Nuttall once in town and he came across as a really sincere bloke. He is an interesting character.

I wouldn't vote for him like. I disagree with practically all of his policies!

Paul Nuttall begins first day as UKIP leader by preparing resignation speech.....

Following his announcement as the new leader of UKIP, Paul Nuttall is said to be already putting the finishing touches on the resignation speech he will deliver in a few days’ time.

Mr Nuttall beat challenger Suzanne Evans to become the new leader and immediately set to work planning for his time in charge.

He is widely expected to spend the working week repeatedly denying that he has previously said a number of things he definitely said, before imploding in the midst of a scandal that will come to light towards the end of the week.

“Paul has shown his commitment and enthusiasm for the role by immediately getting down to the serious business of being our party leader,” a UKIP insider told us.

“While it’s unclear which controversy will eventually bring him down, he has begun drafting a powerful and rousing resignation speech that he will refine over the coming days.

“He is vehemently anti-abortion, claims climate change is a scam and believed the misleading UKIP immigration poster was ‘correct’, but we think the main issue he’ll face initially is his very public backing of NHS privatisation.

“It is certainly going to be an exciting few days!”

The move follows a recent tradition in the party of key figures resigning, with current leader Nigel Farage clocking up three separate resignations since 2009.

Mr Farage, who has failed to be elected in Westminster on seven different occasions, has ruled out returning to the role, seeing him immediately made the bookies’ favourite to be reinstated next week.

No Joey, you simply don't. You can't say definitively that of those 17.5m out voters, how many of them would want us to retain single market access, as the question wasn't asked!

The vote was to leave the EU not the single market, what Cameron said in the campaign is irrelevant, same as the nads spun by Leave seemingly is.

The populous voted to leave the EU, but on what terms wasn't set out. Just shouting OUT doesn't alter that fact, it's up to Parliament to ensure that we carry out the leave decision in the best possible way for the future of the country.

The three month long debate spelt it out in no mean words you are. clutching straws along with many other Remainers TBH
To say 17.5 million got it wrong is ridiculous IMO
Some Remainers are now wanting out -
some mps like Chuka and farron want the impossibility they just want to be part members of the EU via the back door - that goes against democracy totally imo!

Corbyn has been one of the few people to have a sensible position on Europe, or at least its more sensible than the Blair / Watson / Benn position of "we have to take notice of people's concerns about immigration and appear to be on their side, though obviously there is nothing we can do about it" which is the biggest vote-winner for UKIP that exists in these northern climes.

you cannot be officially tied to the single market and remain outside the EU =fact
EU can however leave the EU and negotiate a separate trade deal within the single market = leave - that's up to the EU parliment!
hence the needed negotiations!
