If this was to decide what milk to put in your tea then I'd agree, but this decision will have repercussions across the whole continent. I'm not sure enough people are really grasping that. I've seen some saying today, for instance, that a collapse of the EU would be a good thing, as though all of the things that would go into such a collapse are positive. It's like we've completely forgotten the last 1,000 years of European history.
Pretty sure the EU is only about sixty years old mate.

To many to mention here, and I'm not sure that's even the point of this thread (it's been done many times in many of the other threads). It's quite possible me and the missus would emigrate if we voted to leave.
Mrs. Tree and I have had the same conversation, but based on the concern of a remain vote winning.

Either way, one of us is off to Canada.

Yes, and Europe has fought and squabbled amongst itself since the Romans. We've been in a world where we thought that globalised trade would be enough to prevent wars, and it wasn't. Are we really to believe that the likely slump back into recession caused by Brexit coupled with the powderkeg of the ongoing refugee situation isn't going to kick off? We've already seen populists gain ground enormously in France and the Netherlands. They've come within a whisker of power in Austria and are in government in Poland and Greece. Now is not the time to turn our back on Europe.
