Phew, that is very good mate. Ultimately which is he final court in the UK?
Up until a few years ago it used to be the House of Lords. Now that would have been good; a decision on whether Parliament should be involved in invoking Brexit is going to be made by.......Parliament.;)

It's the Supreme Court now.

So politicians running the judicial system has been replaced by judges running the country.:coffee: That's if you believe, as some do, that today's decision was more about politics than the law.
 
I was 12 when the country voted to go into the EU and had no say. Is that not the same principle assuming you're referring to the minors.
You weren't 12 when we voted to go into the EU because we were never given a vote on joining it. We voted to join the Common Market in 1975. The Common Market was replaced by the EU in 1993 without the consent or even consulting the electorate.

Under the 1972 act Parliament voluntarily gave effect to the UK's obligations and duties under the former Community and now EU Treaties in national law
