... "Tomorrow, just you wait and see."

Just a reminder that tomorrow 10 am, Court 4, Royal Courts of Justice - delivery on whether Parliament or Government have the power to trigger Brexit.

If the answer is Parliament then Article 50 can only be invoked with Parliamentary approval.

I can't believe a Judge will take the view that Parliamentary sovereignty will not win the day.

Whatever the answer is will be the answer..........And whatever it is we need to accept it.....

I'm sure headlines like this played no part in things like.

To date, common wisdom has suggested that when the Article 50 process (triggering the EU withdrawal) is invoked, there is no means of rescinding the decision. This is because the text does not say anything about how the process can be reversed.

But according to Lord Kerr of Kinlochard, the British diplomat who drafted article 50, it is not irreversible. This is what he told the BBC in an interview.

"It is not irrevocable.

You can change your mind while the process is going on.

During that period, if a country were to decide actually we don’t want to leave after all, everybody would be very cross about it being a waste of time.

They might try to extract a political price but legally they couldn’t insist that you leave."

Growing speculation that the judgement will be in favour of Parliamentary approval required for Article 50.

Joshua Rozenburg believes the Government will not appeal if they lose the case.

Am I right in thinking that it's kind of needing David Davis to say that something he pushed very hard for a few years ago (parliamentary authority) is now not a good thing?
