The fact that you twist everything one says , and I have had a nap, and forgot what the hell you mentioned on this thread other than repetition ?????
The fact I have answered it to another poster that JCB got fined trading outside the EU 44 million shows the is trade outside the EU as it was outside the polictical bully boys is an utter disgrace so my answer is
No!

Your point about JCB has nout to do with the WTO.

@peteblue the answer to your question was a few posts above in plain sight, I'm not Siri.

No it isn't. We were a member before the EU existed, all EU nations are members in their own right. the Eu is trying to add members and it will be losing one as well, which means the EU status requires agreement by all WTO members. We have as much power as the EU does. There is no guarantee that the EU relationships will be agreed. In addition you still refuse to answer the question of why the EU would do so, what do they gain apart from bad press......

I think you need to go and do some more research on the implications of Brexit on the UK/WTO relationship.

So you give an answer before I ask you a question, and the answer was written by someone else, and it doesn't answer the question anyway. Try again......and this time give your answer......

Your question was basically 'what did the Esk say?'

I've just pointed you to the answer, not that you should have required any direction.

I don't mean to be rude but if you couldn't find that, your observational skills are absolutely woeful.

Look the negotiations are yet to start we are still in the EU - that's why you cannot judge the WTO at the moment in time everyone is making assumptions on both sides of the argument let the vote of the public carry through the out verdict for OUT I am sure May will strike a deal which will protect our country!

I asked you what this 'fact' was....in your own words will do, try not to copy what Esk said, because he is not correct......

1. It doesn't matter who writes it, a fact is a fact. I know that trying to create new interpretations of information has been a big part of the Leave campaign but it doesn't make for a good argument.

2. Of course it is correct. The EU is a WTO member and has to agree to let us in. It could make life difficult.

This is a different issue Joey. Esk has come out with yet another threat regarding the WTO, but it's a double edged sword and has both failed to understand that the UK has similar powers as the EU but more importantly absolutely refuses to state why the EU would take a belligerent position knowing that the UK could do exactly the same to the EU in the future....so what does the EU gain.......

The UK is already a member of the WTO, we always have been. The EU has no veto over us that we don't over them...it's not a case of anyone letting us in.... We are in......so would you like to try again......so what was this fact that you agreed with the Esk about........

This isn't a point of contention.

http://www.ictsd.org/opinion/nothing-simple-about-uk-regaining-wto-status-post-brexit

The UK is already a WTO member, but its membership terms are bundled with the EU’s. Re-establishing the UK’s WTO status in its own right means both the UK and the EU would negotiate simultaneously with the rest of the WTO’s members to extract their separate membership terms. Agreement on the UK’s terms is unlikely before those of the EU.

For its part, the UK would have to negotiate with the EU itself, the US, China, Russia, India, Brazil, and any trading nation or group of nations that matters, large or small, rich or poor. It would only take one objection to hold up the talks because the WTO operates by consensus, not voting, one reason why WTO negotiations take so long.

So, at least you've now agreed that we are a member, that's a step forward. Now you will also find that as a member the UK can veto other members agreements when they come up for change, so when the EU changes, i.e. we leave or another new member needs to be added or a new agreement needs to be made, the UK can just veto it. So hence my question to the ESK 'why would the EU wish to be belligerent towards the UK when we can do exactly the same back to them'.......so without any cut and paste, what do you think.......

Inside the EU we are limited to 27 countries some are on their knees that restrict us trading outside the EU the EU itself deals in the WTO as you point out above we are a big economy and should do well if negotiations go well but the Remoaners on here IMO just see doom and gloom!
I see a chance for the UK from a positivity to rebuild and do better than in the EU!
