Microsoft increase enterprise level software prices to UK businesses by 13% from Jan 1 as a direct result of currency devaluation.

And all CSP products by 22% smashing my current cost modelling to pieces resulting in many hours work for me...

Waiting on Cpanel, Odin, Tucows and the rest of my partners to follow causing more headaches.......

The remainers believe that the Eu can do whatever it wants, to anyone, whenever they want, without any comeback......
Yea, of course they do Pete. And one second you're pro-democracy, the next you're ecstatic when our Government treats ours like Alexander did the Gordion knot.

The point really is that the EU and the Uk have to find acceptable solutions because of the interdependencies between us. Unfortunately some in the EU talk about 'punishment' or whatever because they feel angry at being jilted and realise that they are not as big and powerful as they once thought. This tends to be amplified in here with comments about what the Eu can do to us or influence us etc etc without once accepting that it works both ways. It was the same about WTO tariffs when some remainers just wouldn't accept that WTO tariffs get applied in both directions.

Any suggestions of recriminations are being driven at the moment purely as negotiating positions and politically to shore up EU unity. Time will move on though and Eu individual governments will want normal trade with the UK because otherwise everybody loses, and I mean everybody not just the UK.....

Who cares what the youngsters want. When you are young you believe John Lennon's Imagine is a valid political ideology. You can be manipulated by pictures designed to play on your emotions like little kids being found on beaches.

It's only when you get older and wiser that you realize the world isn't some idealist place and behaving that way in it will only get you into trouble.

Frankly I would raise the age of voting not lower it.

Ignore the next generation of wealth creators mate, yeah that sounds like a plan.

We were talking 18-24 yr olds btw, not 6th formers who've just discovered green.

I'm not ignoring them. I'm ignoring their opinion because to listen to it is dangerous. They haven't been exposed to enough of the world or know enough to make an informed decision.

Children and that's what they are, are idealistic and easily manipulated. It's for their own good.

Yes, I suppose the older generation are making brilliant decisions all the time, so we don't need fresh input into decision making.

No the generation of baby boomers have been the worse generation in history. Basically mortgaging their children's futures so they could have an easy life. They disgust me too.

What's your vision for the future of the uk then Pete? Obviously the tories envision a neo-liberal tax-free corporate sweatshop of sorts, but what about you? You never really have anything substantive to say in this regard, only something approximating to 'May will sort it all out'. She won't sort it out to the satisfaction off a large proportion of leave voters.

Hang on. Who is left than? No one under 24? No one older than about 50/55?

Dont get it.

There's this one fella, about 49, who has just the right blend of experience and knowledge coupled with an understanding of the modern world.........I think I met him once in the pub, when he was holding everyone up at the bar while trying to decide what to drink........

Why don't you like diversity Adversus?
I think we are storing massive problems for the future.

It's fine bringing in well educated people to fulfill roles that we need whose children will go on to have access to the best that this society can offer but importing poor uneducated people of a different race or religion will present us with horrible problems once the 2nd generation realize they are nothing more than 2nd class citizens. That's already occurring and it's feeding Islamic extremism among other things. Then to counter this we have identity politics to try and equalize the groups but all this does is discriminate against the people who were already here fueling racial tension.

It's a total mess brought to us by those that want to dictate to us and not have to ask our permission for anything.
