73% of 18-24 yr olds voted Remain

81% of those still in full time education did as well.

They see things like free movement as a massive benefit, your generation tends to only see it as immigrants arriving here, they view it as an opportunity to be free to live and work anywhere in Europe without having to apply for work permits, visas etc.

OK, hot doggy, can you please provide the statistical evidence that the WHOLE COUNTRY between the ages of 18 and 24 were consulted on what they voted? No? Of course not!!! Because it didn't happen! Because polls, by their very nature, are not statistically valid. As valid as ' 8 out of 10 cats prefer whiskas'!!!

Ditto for those in full-time education.

Let me give you an example of taking polls to their illogical conclusion. You can do a poll of a certain type of voter, and come to the conclusion that 100% voted 'Out' (because you only asked those who voted 'Out'). You can do a poll of a certain type of voter, and come to the conclusion that 100% voted 'In' (because you only asked those who voted 'In').

You throw out statistics that are not worth a proverbial carrot...

So you don't understand how polls work then. Good to know.

I'll give Lord Ashcroft your feedback mate.

I'm sure the results of the polls taken were the complete converse and all of youngsters wanted to leave

It does you can't accept it the referendum result quoting stats - I quote our game today 66 percent possession can we replay that game - No stats you quote in the referendum mean nothing 52-48 OUT won!
Just like Burnley did unfortunately!
The stats I quoted highlighted a point.

It's interesting that all of the oldies who've commented on it have all completely avoided that point.

worth it just for 'Hot doggy'.

Then you'll agree that a referendum can only ever be advisory and not binding?
Yet unfortunately for you the government of the day will accept the democratic vote, if you think they are UN
democratic listen to the EU so called institution who wants to live in that institution?
That's the main reason Remain lost a beurocratic mess ready to implode IMO!
Having no effective opposition is a downer too!

You have moved from a statistically valid or otherwise POLL to a statement regarding a referendum. The two are mutually exclusive. You cannot link the one to the other. Please don't try to obfuscate matters with me. It won't work, Esk...
