Are we better of paying attention to people who don't know?

I mean lets be honest, the Euro was always a punt (pun for the Irish there), and nobody was sure what it would entail.

I was too young to understand it all then, but I'd say it's silly to give up monetary policy to other countries.

But the person in the video you quote is just talking facts.
so I have pay attention to you then hey as you seem to know that we are doomed?
I am open minded, and positive that we can leave a titanic of a EU and go our own way using all the trade markets not being narrow minded its your opinion I respect that, but one video of an expert can be classed as propaganda for either side I would not take any expert from either side as the decision has been voted on it should be positivity not negativity on here imo ,being debated we are leaving trying to stop it is as if the vote had never been taken by the UK public imo!
Out means out let the government get on with it after march next year!

We've been through this Joey, this isn't open mindedness.

Are there any arguments or statements that could change your mind about the EU?

No because out means out it was a surprise result I never expected it for a moment thought Remain would win 55/45
Liked the old trading deal who knows what will pan out it will be a bumpy ride there will be a downside initially a struggle what ever deal gets done then time will tell!
I will accept, and hope the democratic vote is honoured it looks like the negotiations will start early next year!
The sooner the better IMO!

Then I'm sorry to say that you have not forged an opinion. They can be challenged by rational arguments, good reasoning and alternate perspectives.

You have formed a prejudice.

That is NOT open-minded.

facts in your case or opinion or rubbish in the eyes of most brexitiers - when do the IMF ever predict anything correct????????????????

That's funny Joey, you liked this post the other week which detailed how the IMF was upping its economic growth prediction for 2016.

IMF back tracking on there original doom forecast for brexit, and now says Britain will be fastest growing economy in the g7

https://www.rt.com/uk/361573-brexit-imf-economy-pound/

You conveniently ignored the fact that they'd lowered their pre brexit growth predictions post 2016 though.

In short the source of information is absolutely irrelevant to you, you judge it purely on whether it agrees with you or not.

That the purpose of my post crafty sign Artcle 50 the have a GE it will be a walkover for the Tories IMO!
The Tories having a landslide election victory and therefore having carte blanche to do what they like for the next 5 years is the last thing the country needs now. Govt's with massive majorities are seldom (if ever) could news for the populous, especially when it's the Tories ffs.

We all lost Joey

.....just many don't realise it yet.
No I have a clear mind it can work as I was in the the UK before we joined - the political union of the EU was never voted for now it has the british people have had their say =OUT

As the German comedian cracked{I forget his name}
what at are you moaning for before the common market- you only had to work three days a week, and you had a low electricity bills { the was a miners strike}
Also if I am repatriated to Germany they are miserable sods and I will be out of worklol
Its a pity on here some of the Remoaners developed a sense of humour!!!!!!!!

Maybe we don't find the forthcoming, self inflicted, economic carnage particularly amusing mate.

Just a thought like
Just a thought like the referendrum was lost on what you think, or your ideologies so either you accept it or argue on here which is fair enough its amusing to me when out means out - if we had voted to stay in I would have moaned for a week - you seem to think that what we are leaving is thriving its like buying a ticket to stay on the Titanic imo ok!

No I have a clear mind it can work as I was in the the UK before we joined

And this was essentially the problem with the vote. People like yourself think we can go back to some nostalgic period, when in fact the World has moved on.

Less than half of the population voted to leave, in an over simplistic yes or no vote. A majority of them voted for things that we'll likely not see anyway. £350m to the NHS, no immigration, free trade with China.

Why would you just accept something that is just so obviously wrong?
