You're looking for any excuse except ths obvious one Joe. Your mind is trying to defend itself from the fact that it voted for something that has been overwhelmingly harmful to the next generations in the UK. It's a tough thing to come to terms with, but maybe sit out the argument from her on in instead of pedalling weak rationalisations that are easily picked apart
17 million people voted for Brext - Boris got a massive majority on that point - I never voted in the last GE - but I will return to Labour in the next GE as they hope to make things work as austerity is going to return .......under a Tory government......

Only posted it because of the 'recession' comment, Joey. I could be misunderstanding the definition of a recession though. I thought it was the economy shrinking. Not having this narrative that everywhere is as bad as the UK. It's really not!
The whispers that looking at a Swiss style relationship with the EU tells its own story, doesn't it? Those in power know we need to have a faster and simpler relationship with the EU.
Only the utter idiots or completely self interested in the Tory party are against it.
Mental if we do go down that route, basically we'll have made life harder for ourselves, then decided we want a cut price version of what we had before with less say and control over a lot of things.
I just hope people twig that 'characters' telling you what they think you want to hear are NOT to be trusted. Especiallyones with 3 wird slogans. "Yes, yes, we'll make everything magically better and there'll be no downside or complexities".

I think the important points are that the EU commission didn’t really listen to Industry. That they also determined that it was not for just new designed cars, which will be fine, but also for existing models of the same cars, which means additional design and production development for cars which may have only 2-4 years production left. I’m afraid it’s a typical do as I say approach that both Industry and Customers are going to pay for through the nose……
it will make almost no difference to cleaner air, just put more cost into cars…enjoy the ride…..
Why would they listen to industry who puts profits above planetary care? It's really past time people started changing their lifestyles.
