Those fellows in the boat in the image, to me,, appear to be from a lot further east than Albania.

It's behind a paywall, so I can't read it I'm afraid. Is there any data for the 4 in 10 claim?
The data i could find shows that 55% of Albanian asylum claims are accepted, however.

I also hope that whoever leaked this clearly restricted security document to a newspaper is found and prosecuted. Yeah, as if.
Almost four in 10 Channel migrants are from Albania, where there has not been a conflict for a quarter of a century, a military intelligence report reveals.
The document, marked “official sensitive”, shows that almost three times as many migrants arriving in the UK from France came from Albania than any other nation.
The report, seen by the Mail on Sunday, reveals that of the 2,863 migrants transported by nine separate people-smuggling gangs between June 1 and July 12, 1,075 – or 37.5 per cent – were Albanian.

13,490 People from Albania fled and applied for asylum in other countries in 2021, according to UNHCR data. This corresponds to approximately 0.480% of all residents. The most destination countries hereof have been the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Overall, 91 percent of the asylum applications have been rejected. The most successful have been the refugees in Canada and in the United Kingdom.
A total of 240 people fled to the United States from Albania. With 31 positive decisions, 15.58 percent of all new applications have been accepted. Another 168 applications were rejected, and no decisions were made on the remaining ones in 2021.
