Well not if you’re very rich.

Even they I think would be weighing up the increased chances of them ending up dangling from lamp-posts as the result of this crowds incompetence.

I mean everyone can appreciate bent people with ability but when it’s Raab, Jenrick or Johnson taking their money and making it blatant and failing anyway and making sure the politicians don’t lose out it does seem a bit much, even for a class of people accustomed to wasting other people’s money.

That said they’ll probably think at the next election there is no alternative and try to double their money though (as they nearly all did with Trump 2020), also hoping that what they’ve done will never come back to haunt them.

TBF the ‘I’m alright jacks’ have received so many kicks to the groin over such a long period of time they probably enjoy it, like in one of them films on the interwebs.
We are very close now to the "State" beginning to fail on multiple levels.

The Tories are not a viable choice in the long term. They just happen to be on top of a particular political narrative for a time combined with a dangerous level of apathy. Trouble with the electorate it will change its mind on a whim when negativity is on their doorstep.

If Westminster Labour don't get it's act another pretty sure another opposition party will, and politically crucify the Tory Mps up and down the country.

I mean apart from some empty shelves in the supermarket it's hardly been a disaster has it?

Well if you ignore the economic cost (billions), the damage to our countries political life because of how the debate was conducted, the damage to the Union, the election of a government thats failed every crisis that has come along, and only focus on the food shortages that are directly attributable to this then yes, it’s been a disaster so far.

Damage to the union? the SNP have always wanted independance... and the doomsday scenario you are painting would surely be a lesson to Scotland about what would happen if they left? So in affect could actually strengthen the union.

And what has the election of this government and it's failing on crisis got to do with brexit??

The economic cost you are stating as fact hasn't happened yet, it maybe forecasted but hasn't actually happened yet

Do you believe the message they had on the bus regarding the supposed £350 million a week we’d save not sending it to the EU ? If so then why aren’t we using that money to plough into the NHS now instead of raising national insurance rates for already low paid workers ?
