Probably the same reason Johnson and Hancock haven't resigned despite overseeing the worst death toll in Europe? With regards to the distribution though, as has been said elsewhere, that is largely down to national governments. There was news yesterday, for instance, that a large number of Czech GPs still haven't received any doses of the vaccine to administer. That's not the EU's fault any more than it is that CZ is only now starting to vaccinate 65 year olds.

All the headlines round Grensill goes to the heart of this Government and how it responded with Track and Trace and PPE, they saw an opportunity to enrich their circles of Cronyism with billions of our money first and for and it's disregard for good governance. Which also stretches into a venture capitalist having free reign in purchasing various vaccines.

TBF that is too limited a criticism - this scandal only gives a brief peek at how British Governments have operated for at least the past forty years.

Successive regimes, Tory and Labour, are and were not entirely composed of morons. They knew what privatizations, PFI and outsourcing would result in, and who would benefit (clue: not us taxpayers). They did that anyway with all the promises of greater efficiency, less national debt and more freedom (!) exposed as the nonsense it always was. They made their fortunes out of it - out of us.

There isnt a solution that works with the GFA plus Brexit. Never was, never will be.

It was pointed out 4 years ago, but no one listened.

Go on then. Square the circle of ending freedom of movement/control of our borders with the GFA/free movement between ROI and NI.

If there is a solution to that, I am all ears, cos no one else has produced anything other than vague warblings about some yet to be seen "technology".

Yep, but they will just carry on regardless. THis lot can do as they please and never be held accountable
