I cant see any leave voters moaning to be honest .
We voted for change we got it.
Its early days , to early for either side to say we were right or wrong.
But if you only voted for “change” and now, as you say, “we got it” why is it too early to say if you were “right or wrong”?
You have achieved what you voted for; Change.

I think you’ll find the only ones complaining about the musician situation here were Remain voters......
Presumably because leavers dgaf about anybody else?

Firstly, it's not just about leave voters.

Secondly, maybe some are:

London (CNN)A majority of Britons are not satisfied with the post-Brexit trade agreement that Boris Johnson secured with the European Union, according to a survey that provides the first detailed insight into the nation's attitude towards the deal since it took effect.

I think you will find that Leave voters were more concerned about their families and country than the self centred ‘I like to study in Europe, I like to travel around without a visa, I don’t mind being told what to do by unelected bureaucrats in Brussels’ folk......

Anything to back that up? Iirc from actual polls, C70pc would accept an economic cost, dropping to 30 odd pc if it affected them or their family directly.

Pick the easy targets, not things like 'How can British orchestral musicians become the best in the World when they're prevented from working with the masters'.

As you know, I do quite a bit of work with the European Commission, and ordinarily would travel to various places in Europe a few times a month for work, so maintaining good relations and ease of business are things I'm keen to keep up from a purely personal point of view.

I do appreciate that Bruce, and I know the effect it’s having on people like yourself and indeed your wife. It’s still early days though and we need to see and address the issues as they arrive....

In this thread you have demonstrated two methods of addressing all the issues that have come about because of Brexit

1. Say that the issue being talked about isn't an issue
2. Acknowledge it's an issue but blame the EU

Every one of your responses to every single problem raised falls into one of these categories. How would you even hope to remedy anything if it's either not a problem by your definition or it's all someone else's fault?

If there is an issue, then there is an issue, as I fully accepted with the recent musician issue identified. Where have I said that that particular issue is not an issue ?

I think you confuse my identifying where a problem or solution lies or can be resolved as blaming the EU. I am not blaming the EU but sometimes any potential resolution may lie with them.

There are many issues that will pop up that require changes either by the EU or the U.K. or we just live with the issue, that’s the nature of agreements.....

Grim readings on our local daily for for Brexit Shropshire and Montgomeryshire and its Brexit supporting MPs...

Blimey, thats a blast from the past.

My Mum worked for the Shropshire Star when we lived there; must be 45 years ago.
