There is a world of difference enacting article 16 in order to get food to another part of the U.K. while leaving the border between NI and ROI completely open, as opposed to forcing a hard border between the two so as to deprive a people of a Vaccine. For you once again @Bruce Wayne. There is a world of difference when we consider quite reasonably enacting article 16 and really quite another when the bullying EU ( and their imaginary army) threaten us with it. Something something Remainers.
