is there evidence for this or is it anecdotal?
I think it's fairly obvious at this stage. Look around you and see how many people are unemployed, do you think they are so out of choice? I see genuine despair in people's eyes who are unable to find work. Surely it's therefore not a smart move to let further people who will also be looking for work? Why is it such a horrifying idea that we can select the people who we actually need through a controlled system? Who knows, we could end up with more people if we use such a system but it would be a more workable system of our own choosing that would at least have more transparency and would not discriminate against non EU citizens.

Norway is the largest member of that group. It may not wish to be the second largest (by some considerable margin). If they want the UK's economic negotiating strength then fine, if not then they can look on as we get a better deal.

In terms of the East Europeans, they would like access to the UK or at least ensure that those Eastern Europeans already here have similar rights to the Uk populace, which is not unreasonable, and will no doubt come out during negotiations.
Not if they use their veto. And if Eastern Europeans get free access, there will be a few million Brexit voters miffed.

Who said anyone was stealing job's? I feel sympathy for any Eastern european workers who come here only to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous bosses who pay them obscenely low wages. The people themselves aren't the problem, if the EU really gave a dam about these people don't you think they should be looking to make a EU wide wage structure so for example I can go to Poland and do the same job I do here for the same wages? How many people do you think would come here then?

im not saying there isnt issues with immigration ,mainly speed of change and peoples perception, but people make to many assumptions
Your making this about race and racism. Your implying an us vs them attitude that I've not once expressed. Ill say it again: it's not people coming into the country, it's the lack of control we have over who comes and in what numbers.

I think the Norway 'veto' was in respect of joining their little EFTA club. I'm not aware of Norway having any other kind of veto. Eastern Europeans, just like the rest of the Eu will not get 'free access'.......

I am willing to bet just about everything I own that if the same number of unskilled French or German workers (who have a similar wage standard as us and are therefore unlikely to move here in large numbers) had arrived in the last decade as have eastern europeans they would of been met with the same concern. I seem to recall that you have mentioned on this thread some time ago that your partner works in the NHS, she does not therefore qualify as unskilled. Quite the opposite in fact, she is an asset to UK. You seem to of fallen into the trap of believing the verbal diarrhoea that spills from the BBC and other national news outlets. Controlled Immigration itself was never the issue, if your referring to the freedom of movement act (aka complete chaos) then yes ill grant you it was a major point but it really needn't of been. The issue was and still is the free and uncontrolled movement of large numbers of unskilled workers who jeopardize large numbers of unskilled British workers. If we lived in a utopia were every country had the same standard of wage and living conditions perhaps it would be workable but sadly we don't and I don't believe it's truly workable anyway. Do you really think the EU permits free movement because it cares about its people? You don't think it's the worst type of capitalist who only permits people to go wherever they want because it means cheaper Labour for their corporate friends?

I find it quite sad if any of your friends have been told to "go home" or received abuse of any kind. Myself and many of my friends (those of us who told people how we have voted at any rate) have received much abuse and in the case of one of my friends actual physical threat's. These animals are on both sides of the vote but I'm happy to say they are in reality a small number.

On the contrary, I've actually read numerous studies that aim to provide data to this issue rather than relying on anecdotes. The data says that migrants contribute more than they consume, they are better qualified than the native population, and their children do better than the native white population at school. What's more, EU migrants also tend to do better than non-EU migrants, who the government have the ability to control movement of.

Sadly, in Czech (and Hungary, Slovakia and Austria) there are attempts to use Brexit to puff up the anti-Muslim hysteria in the country. The sad irony is that they use much the same rhetoric that was used by certain tabloids and politicians here when free movement was expanded to those countries.

With Eastern Europe exercising a veto to the Free Market and Norway to the little EFTA club it doesn't bode well for the Uk's future does it? But at least the Hinkley bung (sorry project) will buy some Chinese and French goodwill.

What problems does this cause and what evidence is there for this?

I'm all for migration immigration culture makes the world go round, the people who came in the 1950'60's etc seem to accept our culture, and respect it Liverpool for instance when I lived there was brilliant for multi culturism I doubt it's changed much now?
I see an Indian GP an Iranian Dr of Dentistry who have been brilliant in my eyes - Controling borders is not racism the main areas that voted big on Brexit like Boston Licanshire on BBC QT last night explained the stress, on the towns, and treatment of EU workers by gangmasters in Lincolnshire that needed controlling no imaginary grant like Corbyn mentioned would solve an influx like they had - they were adamant and applauded the UKIP member of the panel more than anyone else as they are at the coalface than any other area in the country!
