Banning Huawei was absolutely the correct decision.....
Like it was absolutely the right decision to approve them following a detailed security review some 6 months beforehand ?

Absolutely nailed on that they will suddenly become totally ok and not in any way dodgy, now that Trump has been ousted.

A bit of grovelling about Hong Kong and it will be job done.

Huawei should never have been allowed into our network and I hope they are not allowed back in.....

All just some sycophant UK Brexit Government pining for the Trump trade deal. And the only other viable 5g vendors being Nokia and Ericsson, both manufacturing in China and the latter in partnership with Panda electronics. Also all the previous Gs remain, utter nonsense, would love to see share trading leading up to that decision, and then pop Biden gets in. :)

UK is 50℅ of sales and just not worth it, nothing to do with pandemic just simply the added bureaucracy. One day he may be back.

Read the article. The way they do the vat within the EU seems complicated. But I suppose they have had years to get use to it. The uk is 50% of sales. So if he has stopped that he must be working hard to counter that. Although he does goes on to say

This is why I think it's not worth the hassle in the short term until it becomes clear what we need to do. I do plan on selling in the UK again just when it's clear and set in stone."

'we only want people who can contribute, everyone else we should send back'...

Listened to a few ex pats on the radio moaning about this.

Surprisingly, they voted for Brexit as they thought they wouldn't be affected as they don't live in Britain.

Somehow the EU and remainers were to blame for all this according to some.
