To be fair to Mr Handoncock he probably thought what he was spouting was the truth and thats the worrying thing.
Or im wrong and he's just a liar.

It's interesting to see how Brexiters are so desperate to claim a "win" for Brexit that they bring it into issues that have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with having left the EU.

If Brexit is so brilliant, why are they still lying about it all the time? (no need to reply as we all already know the answer)

The vaccine is a triumph for the scientists who worked on it. Not for the UK government or Brexit fans.

Childish rubbish as usual from the Hancock, Williamson & Rees-Mogg et al and confirmation - yet again - that we are governed by complete fools.

Tory corrupt government taking the piss out of the British public
Even the far right wing rag Mail saying out against people not allowed to stay in Europe losing freedom of movement rights
Only British people have lost this
Patel rejoices in the fact taking away freedom of movement rights and protection we have being in the European Union fascist coup

Genuine question here.

Do you think if we where still governed by EMA policy the MRHA could have cleared this vaccine as safe and good to go ?

I don’t really do Twitter. I’ve probably been on it a dozen times in a year. I find it full of people like you....

Oh come on, it's got plenty of peteblue's too. I see quite a lot of xenophobia and poorly thought through arguments so don't think you shouldn't be able to fit in too.

To be fair though Pete, you have said numerous times that now we're no longer part of the EU you would be holding our domestic politicians to account for their words and their actions. Waving it aside as "just being politicians" doesn't really seem in keeping with that ambition.

I think I made my point regarding this fairly clear in the Coronavirus thread, even though I aimed it at another pillock of a minister....

He is a prat of the highest order, a complete and utter waste of space and a disgrace to the U.K. Parliament. Better to let people think you are a fool than to open your mouth and confirm it...
