I didn’t list them as such either, they highlight that actually we are not that bad. I don’t want a little Englander approach. I believe in working with the World and have been fortunate to actually do so. I want people from anywhere in the world to be able to contribute and become a part of the U.K., not just those from the EU....
Straight from the Boris playbook that @peteblue. Sounds reasonable, bit of personal puffery, ultimately meaningless. Good work.

Ouch.

"This constitutionally dangerous approach is compounded by the fact that the Government seeks in this Bill to put ministerial powers above relevant domestic law—a step that is fundamentally at odds with the rule of law "

Now I’m not suggesting for one moment that there was any kind of bias on that Select Committee. But look who was on it, none other than Lord Pannick.

The same Lord Pannick who Represented Ms Gina Miller, in R (Miller) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union [2017], and in R (Miller) (Appellant) v The Prime Minister (Respondent) & Cherry and others (Respondents) v Advocate General for Scotland (Appellant) (Scotland) [2019].

What do you find surprising about a leading constitutional lawyer commenting on the UK undermining its own constitution and international law?

I know we go through this every time, but I note, as you often do, you've gone straight to bias and credibility in an attempt to smear, rather than address the content; so which parts of the criticism do you disagree with?

The clue's in the concept of committee. Ad hominem, yabber, yabber ffs
